Car radiators are generally made of aluminum, and a small number of cars use copper radiators, because copper has better heat dissipation performance than aluminum, but copper is much more expensive than aluminum, so the heat dissipation of most cars The devices are made of aluminum alloy.

2. Most of the radiators for foreign cars are aluminum radiators, mainly from the perspective of environmental protection (especially in European and American countries). In new European cars, the average proportion of aluminum radiators is 64%;

3. From the perspective of the development prospects of my country's automobile radiator production, the aluminum radiator produced by brazing is gradually increasing. Brazed copper radiators are also used in buses, trucks and other engineering equipment.

The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is high, and the heat dissipation is fast. Under the condition of satisfying heat dissipation performance, selecting aluminum alloy can improve the strength of heat dissipation parts (pure aluminum is easy to oxidize after long-term use in atmospheric environment, and some aluminum alloys can be effectively oxidized). The heat transfer performance of aluminum alloy is better than that of stainless steel, and the heat transfer performance is directly proportional to the thermal conductivity.
