Aluminum extrusion design is an initial procedure before extruding the heat sink. Our engineer will review your profile design to make sure if it can be extruded. Then we need to understand its end users to choose the appropriate aluminum alloy.
Metal Fabrication
At ZP GROUP METAL FABRICATION SHOP, we have more than 30 precise CNC machines and 10 punching machines, 10 stretch forming machines, 8 welding machines , 1 laser cutting machine, 3 press brake machines and 2 assembly lines. With these machines, we have a strong capacity to provide our customers further value added service such as the cnc milling on the aluminum extrusion and cnc turning on the various metal parts such as aluminum, brass,steel, copper parts they may need. The punching machines and laser cutting machines can provide us customers customized service on the aluminum profiles, aluminum sheets and steel sheets etc. The stretch forming machines can especially provide our customers with the customized forming demand on the aluminum profiles for buildings and other industrial applications.

Anodizing is an electrochemical reaction process. Immersing aluminum profile into acidic electrolyte solutions, here the aluminum profiles is an anode, the cathode is installed inside the anodizing tank.
Under specific condition and electric current, forming an oxide layer on the surface of aluminum profile. The film thickness can reach 5-25 micrometer.
After anodizing, you can get a smooth and clean surface. The anodized aluminum profiles have many benefits. Anodizing can increase the durability of aluminum profile.
Anodized aluminum profiles have excellent corrosion and wear resistance, making the product more durable and long-lasting.
You can also get colorful anodizing, like black, red, blue, champagne, bronze and gold color etc.
Our anodizing and powder coating lines can make the aluminum extrusions with various surface finishings as you my required. The aluminum alloy we can extrude include 2024 7075 6082 6005 6061 6063 for various applications.
