Product Overview
This integrated high-density fin aluminum heat sink features extended mounting brackets on both sides, manufactured via one-piece aluminum extrusion. It combines heat dissipation function and installation structure into a single component, eliminating the need for separate mounting frames and simplifying equipment assembly.

Made of premium 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, the seamless integrated structure of solid base, dense parallel cooling fins and side fixing lugs delivers ultra-low thermal resistance and excellent structural rigidity. Pre-drilled holes on mounting brackets enable direct cabinet installation. 3. Optional CNC Precision Machining Additional features including mounting holes, threaded inserts, wire outlet slots and positioning grooves are processed by multi-axis CNC machines with tight dimensional tolerances.
4. Surface Treatment Finishing Mill finish, clear or black anodizing can be applied to form a protective film on aluminum surface, improving corrosion resistance for indoor and mild outdoor industrial environments.
